Optimism After Divorce

Category : Celebrity, Favorite Articles, Movies, Moving On

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson had gotten divorced, and the star of the upcoming big summer film The Green Lantern is not totally over it yet. “Anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but you come out of it. I’m not out of it yet. At all,” he admitted in the new issue of Details Magazine. “But I sense that as I do come through it, there’s optimism. How can there not be?” he wondered aloud, noting that “any kind of crisis can be good” because “it wakes you up.” I think that Reynolds has a healthy way of looking at his divorce, especially after having a marriage in the public eye. I also think it’s good to see men talking about divorce in the press because we always seem to hear the females opinion and left wondering about the man. “Departing a relationship and still maintaining the idea that this is still the same person I married is a great luxury that I experienced,” he went on to tell the magazine. “Thankfully I was in a relationship where two people chose to remain on the high road in every regard.” For more pick up the new issue of Details on stands now.

In my experience, men rarely deal with their deep emotions privately, let alone publicly.

And their greatest personal survival “technique” seems to be the ability to say one thing and do another, (even lead a double life) and feel no guilt or remorse until they get caught!

I’m sure some women are the same, but I haven’t met any that I know of!
